This happened on TAM airlines.

A 50-something year old white woman arrived at her seat and saw that the passenger next to her was a black man.

Visibly furious, she called the air hostess.

“What’s the problem, ma?” the hostess asked her

“Can’t you see?” the lady said – “I was given a seat next to a black man. I can’t seat here next to him. You have to change my seat”

- “Please, calm down, ma” – said the hostess

“Unfortunately, all the seats are occupied, but I’m still going to check if we have any.”

The hostess left and returned some minutes later.

“Madam, as I told you, there isn’t any empty seat in this class- economy class.

But I spoke to the captain and he confirmed that there isn’t any empty seats in the economy class. We only have seats in the first class.”

And before the woman said anything, the hostess continued

“Look, it is unusual for our company to allow a passenger from the economy class change to the first class.

However, given the circumstances, the commandant thinks that it would be a scandal to make a passenger travel sat next to an unpleasant person.”

And turning to the black man, the hostess said:

“Which means, Sir, if you would be so nice to pack your handbag, we have reserved you a seat in the first class…”

And all the passengers nearby, who were shocked to see the scene started applauding, some standing on their feet.”

The internetosphere is abuzz with the new Rogue Magazine cover of KC Conception!

In this Rogue Magazine Issue, you get to see the other side, literally and figuratively, of the Philippine’s sweetheart KC Conception.

The cover features KC Conception’s best assets and, interestingly enough, has her holding the beheaded remains of an anonymous man. Let’s just name this anonymous man: Piolo Pascual.

Now of course these are just assumptions and speculations, but the Rogue Magazine cover does seem to imply KC Conception holding a head of a maniquin that somewhat resembles Piolo Pascual.

Moreover, the captions saying: “The KC Conception Confessional” really doesn’t help if you’re trying to say otherwise.

An Idiot’s virgin Burning Man experience

Virgin Burning Man Experience with the Playa Surfers… I did not plan to shoot or edit this video ahead of time, but a week afterward still found myself purging thoughts and feelings from my first burn. 10 days in Black Rock City.

It was AWESOME and CRAPPY and everything in-between… And it wasn’t until I returned to Los Angeles, that I realized, it was my own mind which could have made more AMAZING MOMENTS and less CRAPPY ones.

I’m pretty sure this is NOT the video you thought I would put together… However, it’s the video that came together. It’s the video that I needed to put together. It’s the video it is.

And it’s some of the lessons I had to learn… After all, it only took me all 10 days plus to realize, my “burn” was my “burn.”

Just in case you haven’t seen, the internetosphere erupted in both praise and criticism when two magazines, Mega Magazine and Preview Magazine, came out with their January 2012 issues. The outcry was about the supposed, and seemingly highly photoshopped and/or surgically enhanced models on the covers: Jinkee Pacquiao and Charice Pempengco. (Or maybe the outcry was just because Twitter was failwhailing… either way, there was an outcry!)

It does not stop there! Apparently, Charice and the Pacquiao women are on a plastic surgery and photoshop rampage!

I’m no celebrity-recognizing-face-matching expert, but I’m pretty sure that’s her! I mean look at them! They’re both Asian! Tsk tsk tsk. Talk about getting Louder!

I’d have to say, the letters up are a big improvement though….

Anyway, there’s also that other outcry about the Mega Magazine cover of Jinkee where people are claiming that she looks completely fabricate, from her neck to her eyes, to her boobs, something was doctored, either with a sharp knife or with a lasso tool. Here’s the rumored and controversial Jinkee Pacquiao magazine cover you’ve heard so much about:

I’m no expert, but I do think it was photoshopped a bit.

Oh and this next one stirred some controversy too.

Of course, many claim that both the Charice and this Jinkee cover is only photoshopped minimally, with some hardcore fans even claiming that no editing was involved at all!

And just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse, I then see this magazine cover of the other female Pacquiao celebrity! None other than Aling Dionisia with her own FHM cover!

Again, I’m no expert, but I think this one is photoshopped a bit…

Oh photoshop, where will you take us next?

FYI, just in case it wasn’t obvious, this is a satirical piece meant to poke fun at the situation. Not to be taken seriously. In case you’re also wondering, that girl that kinda looks like Charice is Tila Tequila.

If you’ve seen the cover of Mega Magazine and Preview Magazine lately, then you’re probably saying what everyone else is saying: “Who the f*** is that?”

This has been the initial reaction of many readers who got to check out the covers with Jinkee Pacquiao and Charice Pempengco.

The two celebrities are seen (though you might not recognize them) on the covers of Mega and Preview Magazine and are barely recognizable. With a seemingly furious mix of plastic surgery and photoshop, Jinkee and Charice are made to look like supermodels.

It begs the question of what is too much. I mean we all know that magazines do add a little brushing up and extra make up and all, but where should we draw the line? Moreover, it also begs the question on whether or not we should indeed be adoring and idolizing women who themselves are not proud of what they look like and undergo an extensive amount of surgery and photoshopping.

Do we really want kids and teenagers to be looking at this and feeling insecure about themselves for not looking as fabulous, when these women actually looked just like them, or worse, before they got rich and started spending on excessive cosmetic surgery.

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind a girl going up a letter or two, or getting a little nose fix or mole removals, but to have people, whom you would not recognize at all from what they previously looked like, on the cover of magazines, that might be too much.

It reminds me of the Baz Luhrman song: “Everybody’s Free to Wear Sunscreen” and the line that goes: “Do not read beauty magazines, they will only make you feel ugly!”

But for now, we’ll sit back and glorify these extensively photoshopped beauties as they go forth and change the way young women will look at beauty and them selves. Girl power! Go on and shake what your doctor gave you!

Michelle Fernandez: BEST- our trainer,(which also happens to be my crush)fell in love with me. The months of courtship was full of Kilig moments and Happiness(as always).Even he’s assigned to a different site of our company,he puts so much effort in seeing me everyday. We eat breakfast after shift,dinner before shift,movie date every weekends,out of town with friends and he even introduced me to his family. Eventually, I said “yes” to him and we became a couple.
(Warning: this is quite LONG.haha)
WORST:after several weeks of being together,I asked him if he could change his Relationship Status here(FB). Me not that Surprised by his answer,He declined. His reason was he doesn’t want to incorporate his personal life in this “crappy social networking site”. I asked him to change that because,there’s this girl who keeps posting on his wall,I had an instinct that there’s “something” going on between the two. There was even a time where our common friend posted a message on his wall saying “I’m happy for you and Mish. Stay inlove!”,which he deleted. My instinct grew stronger and I felt that he’s not proud of me being his girlfriend.We talked about it,he said that he doesn’t want to incorporate his “personal life” here in this “crappy social networking site”,it will only ruin us,he said that the girl was just a “friend” nothing more,nothing less. I had a hard time believing it,my instinct became stronger and stronger. We broke up,got back together,broke up again because of the same issue. I found myself unhappy. I wasn’t supposed to give him another chance,but he came to my house,crying and saying sorry for everything and promised to get things right this time..so,I gave him The Second Chance. After we got back together,I tried not to doubt him again and forget the about the “Instinct” I’m feeling. 4 days after,he broke up with me. Saying the words I told him during our 2nd Break Up “I can’t stay in a relationship full of doubts and Uncertainties.” Then a week after,I saw his FB post saying I love you to the girl who he said is just his “friend”.
All of these happened from august til december. Well,talk about how I spent my holidays. Haha
